About Huddle House…

In 2007 The Kent Companies became a franchise of Huddle House Incorporated. We purchased an existing location in east Texas and signed a Market Development Agreement for eastern New Mexico and west Texas. Currently construction is underway at some sites and property is being selected for other future Huddle House locations.

Huddle House is a neighborhood diner, serving delicious meals, cooked to order. A place where hungry folks gather to enjoy good food, good friends and good hospitality and we welcome you into any of our locations 24 hours a day, seven days a week!

The Huddle House was created in 1964 as an answer to a simple need. High school football fans in the close-knit community of Decatur, Georgia needed a warm and inviting place to “huddle-up” with family and friends after Friday night games. The idea took off, and one-by-one new communities gathered at their own Huddle House for delicious comfort food and southern-style hospitality.

A lot has changed since the first Huddle House opened its doors. Recently added stores feature a new look that’s bright, colorful and reminiscent of America’s classic neighborhood diners. New specials and updated meals are constantly taking their place beside “House” favorites. But you’ll find that one thing hasn’t changed a bit since 1964. Huddle House is still a great place for folks to gather for a hearty breakfast, lunch.
