New Avis Lube 101 Under Construction

The Kent Companies are excited to announce that construction has started on a brand new Avis Lube Fast Oil Change Center in Odessa, TX. The new facility will replace the current Avis Lube 101 on West County Road. 

The current facility was the very first Kent Lubrication Center for the company and opened its doors in October 1977. The lube center was the first ten mintute oil change operation in West Texas. The concept of having one's oil changed, chassis lubricated, floors vacuumed, windows washed, tires checked and all fluid levels  checked in only ten short minutes without an appointment was not only a new concept in the 1970's, but also a slow one to gain acceptance. However, once consumer awarenewss grow, so did the volume. 

The business of changing oil has changed over the years. Avis Lube has always been on the cutting edge. Our new state of the art facilities combine functionality with high tech and then we add just a touch of luxury to keep you coming back. The new facility will feature three full service bays, large waiting area, business center and kids play room. And of course, free coffee and fountain drinks while you wait.
